Meaning
The elderly phase is usually referred as the ‘golden years’. A ‘goalkeeper’ serves the playing team by conscientiously guarding the goal post in an alert and focussed manner to prevent the opponents entering goals and be victorious.
Likewise, we will be the ‘GOLDKEEPER’ to serve and guard the elderly people by preventing the enemy satan gaining victory in their lives.
Vision
Be influential and impactful guardians of the elderly people.
Goals
1) engage the elderly by organizing suitable programs and activities
2) empower the elderly to be useful senior citizens and to be able to support one another through the provision of vital resources (eg financial, legal, medical, etc. )
3) encourage the elderly through emotional support and fellowship (e.g. motivational programs, counseling support, fellowship activities, visitations, etc. )
